The project commenced with the demolition of an existing non-permitted wood mezzanine structure and a quality control lab. This initial phase laid the groundwork for the extensive improvements planned for the 4,250 square feet space.

One of the key objectives was to enhance functionality and efficiency by creating a new QC workroom and lab office. To support the new workroom and lab office, significant infrastructure upgrades were undertaken. This included the relocation of existing electrical equipment and the installation of a state-of-the-art HVAC system. These enhancements not only facilitated seamless operations but also prioritized the comfort and well-being of the occupants.

Modifications to the existing metal building were also implemented to accommodate new roll-up doors and close off abandoned door openings. These structural adjustments not only improved the aesthetics of the facility but also enhanced security and accessibility.

Furthermore, Apex General Contractors installed an ADA-accessible restroom to ensure compliance with accessibility standards. Additionally, acoustical ceiling systems were installed to optimize sound control, creating a conducive environment for focused work.
