Coordinate with all production managers to ensure project objectives are agreed upon.
Provide accurate scheduling to minimize production line downtime.
Plan and manage equipment installations so projected schedules are achieved.
   
MUNICIPAL
   
Work with the various agencies to provide consistency and to achieve project goals.
Provide knowledge of public works and prevailing wage requirements.
Maintain and adhere to all project specifications and guidelines.
Keep accurate records of all submittals and change orders.
Handle all necessary inspections and special testing for projects.
   
COMMERCIAL & RETAIL
   
Carefully plan construction activities to permit continued private and public use where needed.
Understand the budget requirements and constraints for both owner and tenant.
Advise client of any potential value engineering.
   
TENANT IMPROVEMENT & REMODELS
   
Provide coordination between building owner and tenant.
Provide accurate scheduling to minimize production line downtime.
Maintain tenant work environment while performing improvements with minimal interruptions.
Ensure timely completion of project to minimize lost revenue due to vacancies.
   
MANAGEMENT
   
Direct project plan development so there is a clear understanding between all parties.
Provide project master plan and adhere to realistic schedule.
Coordinate and obtain approvals from all local entities and utility companies involved.
Closely follow budgetary requirements to prevent and anticipate any deviations.
Select and monitor all subcontractors for the best achievement of project goals and objectives.
Maintain “as built” plans indicating all changes and corrections for owner’s records.
